Refunds
In the event where a purchase is made and the content is not received via email. This content will become immediately available and will be accessible using the "downloads" menu, in the website header on cakeshak.uk
Failed payments or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
